Area is known for premier fishing. The lake cabin overlooks Prairie Dog Bay which hosts National Fishing Tournaments like the National Walleye Tour and the Cabela's Team Championships along with several other local fishing tournamnts.
Anglers will find Walleyes / Saugeyes, Small/Large Mouth Bass, Northern Pike, Crappies, Catfish, and several pan fish.
Area is known for excellent ice fishing as well.
Anglers can even get tags for Paddlefish.
They are 3 boat ramps within walking distance of the cabin. (Prairie Dog Bay, North Point & St. Francis Bay Boat Ramp)
